  1. Old gems, I’ll have to listen to it later, the bus to work isn’t the best listening place. Melvyn Bragg’s IOT series is among the stones that will survive the crumbling of the bbc. Thank you.

    1. Sorry Chris. I have not touched WP for ages. In Our Time is indeed a pinnacle of public service broadcasting. Good to hear from you. Are you still in Bonny Scotland ?

      1. Aye, I stay between Falkirk and Stirling, work as technician in Bannockburn High School in science and technology departments and trying to grow future income sources on YouTube, about to launch an art channel around beginning march. Would be good to meet up sometime. How are you?

      2. Hi
I am good. Would be good to meet up. How about GOMA in Glasgow? I could get the train.

      3. Yes that would be good. I can usually get to Glasgow in about half an hour on the train (it’s a pain to drive in) and Saturday afternoons are probably the easiest day as we’re both working. Let me know what dates you have in mind.

      4. Hi. Would April 5th work for you? I have not been to GOMA for ages but not sure it has a show at present. We could mooch around Glasgow.

      5. That would be great, both options are good, usually something interesting in the old Herald building or out at Kelvingrove

      6. Hi. Would love to meet up. I have a train ticket and will be in Glasgow 1115. Would that work?

      7. Yes, 1115 on sat 5 April is good, which station? Could you confirm phone # via email? (surfsensei60@yahoo.com)

      8. Glasgow Central. Happy to text on yahoo.

  2. Still ok for Saturday? If you can drop me an email, I don’t have yours to contact on yahoo. Likely sunny… “taps aff!” :D
